Apex Inference — Privacy

Privacy Policy

Zero-retention. Prompts and completions are processed exclusively in volatile GPU memory and immediately discarded. No logging or training.

1. Data we process

When you call our inference API, the content of your requests (prompts) and the resulting completions are held in GPU memory for the duration of the request and are never written to durable storage. We do not log request bodies, and we do not train on customer traffic.

2. What we may log

Operational telemetry is limited to non-content metadata: timestamps, request counts, token counts, latency percentiles, model and pool identifiers, and per-key aggregate usage. This data is used to operate, bill, and secure the service, and is retained no longer than necessary for those purposes.

3. Account and contact data

If you contact us, we may process your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

The apex-inference.xyz website does not use tracking cookies. No analytics, fingerprinting, or third-party advertising scripts are loaded.

5. Transfers and processors

The site and API are served via Cloudflare (a global CDN and edge network). Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network under their data processing agreement and is subject to applicable data protection law.

6. Your rights

Because we store no content, there is little to request or delete. For any question about our data practices, contact us at [email protected].
